|
April 29, 2009 - Holder urges allies to take share of detainees -
Comment: Don't miss the bit at the end about apparent willingness to
let Spanish or other courts judge the Bush administration. |
|
April 29, 2009 - US House passes budget plan endorsing Obama goals -
Comment: "Acting with unusual speed" = acting with reckless
disregard of public objections to this budget plan, and against the
votes of all Republicans and even 17 Democrats who were afraid to
support it. In effect, Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats just thumbed
their noses at everyone who has dared to question their plans. |
|
April 28, 2009 - Specter switches to Democrat, "at odds" with GOP -
Comment: Note his parting insult to Republican primary voters
who made the mistake of trusting him in the past.
While some in the media say that Republicans are "embracing
irrelevance", perhaps they are actually listening. |
|
April 28, 2009 - AP Analysis: Specter defection shrinks GOP's reach
- Comment: A lame effort to portray this as a failure for the
Republicans, showing less reach among independents. It really just
shows less reach among specious
career politicians and their arrogant egos. Consider Specter's
telling remark today about not letting Republican primary voters
determine his fate, after he sized up the fact that he was already
facing a lot of angry voters who would turn out to defeat him next year.
Rather than risk defeat, he switched parties to try to preserve his
career - and may well be defeated anyway. |
|
April 28, 2009 - Sources: Specter intends to switch parties -
Comment: Why not Snowe and
Collins too? Let the RINOs go, and tell the "Blue Dogs" to
stop pretending to be conservatives, too. It's time to draw the
line in the sand, and work very hard locally to defeat these
specious politicians. |
|
April 28, 2009 - Lawmakers advancing much of Obama's budget agenda -
Comment: The Tea Party movement, as in
the Declaration of Independence,
presented our grievances against this growing tyranny in a respectful
and principled way. Members of Congress chose to scorn us and do
as they please. They are abusing the power which was entrusted to
them, disenfranchising tens of millions of Americans who did not vote
for the Obama agenda or sign a blank check for statist tyranny.
They have chosen to declare war on us. We now need to focus on
the local organizational task of voting each of them out of office.
We also need protests at every appearance they make in their home
districts. They will not listen until they fear that their
political careers are in real jeopardy. At this point, it is already too
late for that. It's time to
select them out of American politics. |
|
April 27, 2009 - Democrats announce agreement on budget pact -
Comment: "Most importantly, the congressional budget plan would
prevent Senate Republicans from delaying or blocking Obama's plan
to vastly expand government-subsidized health care when it advances this
fall." Where is the outrage at this blatant abuse of power?
It's time for all Republicans to stand up and become as disruptive as
possible before this harmful budget agenda is rammed through in
legislation this spring, summer and fall. |
|
April 26, 2009 - Obama dominates in first 100 days - and
100 days of Obama: Turning peril into possibility - Comment:
Try not to gag while reading these latest hero-worship pieces from the
AP. |
|
April 25, 2009 - Newest Democrats buck party leadership at times -
Comment: The hard left will target the "moderates" who aren't
loyal to their agenda. Time to elect real conservatives - not
pretenders. |
|
April 24, 2009 - Pakistani Taliban pull back to Swat stronghold -
Comment: A tactical retreat after a brief foray in the direction of
Islamabad to reinforce their image of power, and the government's
weakness. Meanwhile, Obama has "expressed dismay"
about this latest advance by the Taliban.
He doesn't get it. |
|
April 24, 2009 - White House: No point appealing photos' release -
Comment: How revealing. "Obama is not worried his
political agenda will be compromised by pictures depicting abuse under
his predecessor." His concern isn't the national security impact
or PR value to terrorists. It's all about him, his power, and
keeping the political support of the left wing of the party, the ACLU,
etc. Nothing else matters. Even an
ABC News White House reporter is starting to recognize the damage
this will do at the CIA. |
|
April 24, 2009 - Obama touts plan to change college loan system -
Comment: Gearing up for battle to make college students rely
directly on federal government subsidies for their education, rather
than take responsibility for their own education through private loans
at lower rates than otherwise available to them. |
|
April 24, 2009 - Congressional Democrats near agreement on budget -
Comment: Near agreement on how to ram through health care,
education, and very costly environmental changes
and other priorities by blocking any chance of a Republican filibuster. This
is yet another example of the partisan intent by Pelosi and Reid to abuse their
new power as fast as
they can, before people wake up to it.
Stand up again on
Memorial Day and July 4, as in
the Tax Day Tea Parties, against
this liberal insurgency. |
|
April 24, 2009 - AP Analysis: Obama walks thin line on interrogations
- Comment: Thin line? What line? He has very
deliberately damaged our global
intelligence capabilities and put us at much greater risk. |
|
April 24, 2009 - Obama quickly, confidently adapts to presidency -
Comment: When are AP writers going to at least attempt to maintain
some illusion of integrity as objective, independent journalists rather
than cheerleaders dazzled with Obama and eager to accept and disseminate
all the White House spin? |
|
April 24, 2009 - Gore pleads for unity on climate change, despite divide
- Comment: Later version of the earlier stories below - now
carefully edited to be even more partisan. Did anybody challenge
Gore's bold assertion that "If the United States leads, China will
follow"? He has no more solid evidence for that than the rest of
his assertions, or Waxman's. Where's the urgency to create a new
form of taxation on air?
Here's
Newt Gingrich's presentation and a link to his "Contract
with the Earth" about green conservatism.
Here's what I wrote about
this from an
economic development perspective several years ago. But don't
take my word for it. Try looking at the writings of Dr. Patrick
Moore, one of the founders of Greenpeace, who is now reviled by the
anti-capitalism ecological extremists on the left. Here's his
testimony before Congress about
support for nuclear energy - which Al Gore, Obama and Congress won't
even seriously consider. That's because their focus is really on
their own political and economic power, rather than the environment.
Here's another
2007 article by him, and a
debate sponsored by The Economist in which he participated. |
|
April 24, 2009 - Gingrich: Climate bill will punish Americans -
Comment: This social experiment is
another government-sponsored economic disaster which will grow
government power and destroy America. |
|
April 24, 2009 - Gore: Congress must not bicker, act now on global
warming - Comment: Aside from the crushing costs of this
plan, how about the conflicts of interest / financial benefits for Gore?
Look at who else is pushing this agenda too - such as GE, which stands
to profit greatly from it, among others. Remember all the leftist
outrage about Halliburton contracts? This is far worse.
Stand up to stop it cold. Keep bickering! Don't act now on
global warming. Focus on the American economy, not Gore's agenda. |
|
April 23, 2009 - White House opposes interrogation commission -
Comment: The Democrats were briefed on what was being done,
and are political hypocrites. They're a
threat to "human intelligence". |
|
April 23, 2009 - AP Poll: Americans high on Obama, direction of US -
Comment: Read beyond the misleading headline at some of other
survey results. For example, "Nearly 80 percent believe that the
rising federal debt will hurt future generations, and Obama is getting
mixed reviews at best for his handling of the issue." Wow...
"mixed reviews". That harsh assessment follows this: "More than 90
percent of Americans consider the economy an important issue, the
highest ever in AP polling." Why is the AP still treating this as
though Obama was the silver lining for every dark cloud? They
stress that 48% of those polled think the country is "on the right
track" - but hardly mention that 44% say it is on the wrong track, or
that their optimism about the future of the country is in spite of
Obama, rather than because of him. |
|
April 23, 2009 - US lacks civilians for Afghan 'civilian surge' -
Comment: So, Obama is having trouble finding civilian
volunteers to help rebuild Afghanistan
through central government sponsored initiatives, so it looks as
though he is going to call up the reserves again to do it, after talking
about how important it was to not rely so heavily upon our reserves or
outside contractors. How's military recruitment going these days? |
|
April 21, 2009 - Obama urges citizens to undertake national service
- Comment: $5.7 billion to expand
AmeriCorps under
the Corporation
for National and Community Service. This pushes federal
government sponsored activism into states and communities according to
his social agenda, not theirs. |
|
April 21, 2009 - Sebelius wins committee approval as HHS secretary -
Comment: Well, maybe Pat Roberts could rationalize a vote for
her because the alternative was to get her back as Governor. Snowe
doesn't have the same excuse. |
|
April 21, 2009 - Cheney: US gained information from interrogations -
Comment: Insignificant attention to this story. See
Hannity's interview with Cheney on Fox News, but even Hannity is missing
the point. This doesn't just create a greater CYA mentality for
anyone serving at the CIA, DIA, or NSA. The
larger problem is that it sends the wrong message to those who would
cooperate with us - such as potential "human intelligence" sources
(i.e., voluntary cooperation) and foreign intelligence agencies which
will have reason to doubt whether any shared intelligence will be kept
confidential if there's any potential political benefit to this
administration by selective disclosure. Why should they trust
Obama now? He's cozying up to tyrants and critics of America to
burnish his own narcissistic PR image as a global leader, and not the
least bit worried about accepting or even leading the criticism of all
prior American policies and actions to defend and advance our interests
in the world. If it's not about his new vision, it doesn't matter.
People around the world who live under soft or hard tyranny will be
reluctant to trust such a leader, which means that they will be less
likely to step forward and help defend us against those who want to harm
us. |
|
April 20, 2009 - Taliban in Pakistani ex-resort: `Welcome, Osama!' -
Comment: Well, maybe some good will eventually come of this
policy. This may narrow down where to search for Osama and his friends
in the future. Scum eventually separates itself and rises to the
surface, which makes it easier to skim off. |
|
April 20, 2009 - Obama to make $100-million-spending cut call and a
related story- Comment: What a PR stunt! While
Congress is raising federal spending and debt by hundreds of billions
and even trillions, Obama says that he is going to seek $100 million
in budget cuts. That's after
hundreds of thousands of
Americans raised budget objections in the Tax Day Tea Parties, while Congress
is still try to ram through his agenda before
Memorial Day. See the related "Spin
Meter" story about this absurd political stunt. |
|
April 20, 2009 - Gingrich raps Obama on Chavez summit greeting
- Comment: Why does the AP try to deflect anything Newt says
into a story about whether Gingrich is biased as a potential 2012
candidate? Read through the comments for a very interesting post
about the recent rescue from Somali pirates. |
|
April 20, 2009 - Zimbabwe admits raiding private bank accounts -
Comment: Where tyranny leads. |
|
April 19, 2009 - Obama aide takes dim view of anti-tax tea parties -
Comment: I've got a news flash for you, David Axelrod, Rahm
Emmanuel, and all the others who have scorned the Tea Party movement.
This is going to be your worst
political nightmare. At the very least, get your facts straight.
This was not led by Freedom Works and Dick Armey, nor by Newt Gingrich,
nor by the wealthy or corporate sponsors. You are still obviously
as clueless about what is going on as Nancy Pelosi demonstrated again on
April 15. We're not unhealthy mutants, Axelrod. You're the
ones who will be selected out of the political gene pool.
There is no national
leadership for you to attack. This is a genuine grassroots
movement of more than a half million proud American volunteers (and
growing fast) who are fed up with both parties, and are starting to band
together to look for new leaders at all levels - federal, state, and
local. It's not a top-down hierarchy of loyal drones doing your
bidding. That's your model. We're not astroturfing.
You are. This is real grassroots activism, not paid stagecraft to
boost your power. The first half million participants are already
eagerly talking to millions of their friends about what to do next.
They're the ones in charge of all this.
We'll be back in your face
as you keep trying to push your agenda in Congress before
Memorial Day, and again this
July 4 to remind all politicians
of the limits wisely imposed on them by our Constitution. These
are not anti-tax rallies, nor are they driven by Fox News coverage or
the Republican Party. They are driven by the many millions
of Americans who are waking up to your harmful agenda, and standing up
against it.
Remember the old saying for
2010 - "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on
me."
|
|
April 19, 2009 - AP Analysis: Republicans still struggling in Congress
- Comment: This seems to reflect the White House talking points of
the day, including what David Gregory said on Meet the Press to
challenge the significance of the Tea Parties just because of a recent
Gallup poll showing that 48% of Americans think that their federal
income tax burden was too high, while 46 said it was about right.
Duh! That's
roughly how many Americans don't even pay income taxes now.
They're obviously content to be getting more government support at the
expense of others. Meanwhile, those who do pay income taxes are
not only worried about the federal income taxes, but also the rising
spending (future taxes and inflation) and rising state taxes and other
types of taxes on businesses and individuals. They're smart enough
to know that their total tax burden is far higher than just the federal
income taxes in the question.
As for the alleged dilemma
for Republicans in Congress, that's true enough. They're still not
very widely trusted, either. Rhetoric about favoring tax cuts or
opposing more spending isn't going to save them. The point is that
just talking to their base isn't the solution. Americans
eventually judge all elected officials by the consequences of their
performance in terms of what demonstrably affects our interests,
including our Constitutional protections against them, not obsequious
attempts at pandering to prolong their political careers.
That's why we have proposed a new bipartisan
Specious American Politician Award. |
|
April 19, 2009 - White House says GOP should be more constructive -
Comment: We agree. The GOP can do
so by stopping this Obama agenda now in Congress with any
Democrats who will join them to achieve a better outcome than such
proposals. We don't expect the GOP leaders to just wring their
hands and say no with no effect while all the new spending, taxes,
debt, and changes to government programs get rammed through as fast as
the Democrats can. They need to do everything possible to stop
this now - not simply wait to profit politically from all the damage in
2010. We are not looking for the perfunctory political theater
of token and ineffective objections.
We expect them to succeed
at stopping this nonsense, or to at least do everything possible to
delay it, stop it, or limit the damage of it! We need for the GOP
to actually lead by rallying millions of Americans to stand united
against this. Their poor leadership performance in recent years
certainly does not give us much confidence. That's why we
needed a truly independent grassroots "Tea Party" movement of people who
are still as mad at the GOP as at the aggressive new expansion of
government powers and spending by the Democrats.
We don't expect them to
just blame the Democrats and hope that their folly will lead to a GOP
election victory in 2010. We want them to do everything they can
to stop this agenda now so that changes are not made in haste which will
do lasting damage that we won't be able to readily reverse in the
future.
It's not enough to just
say no and quietly accept defeat in the hope of some future GOP
electoral victory. We expect the GOP leadership to do
everything they can to achieve a better outcome than these
Democratic proposals. If not, all their political careers (both
parties) will be on the line in 2010.
Members of Congress are not
the puppets of the White House or their party. Voters expect them
to use their individual good judgment for the benefit of all
Americans. That includes their solemn oath to respect and
defend the limits on federal government power as provided by our
Constitution. We will work very hard to defeat them in 2010 -
regardless of party - if their service fails to merit that trust. |
|
April 18, 2009 - AP White House Notebook: Obama may not read book gift
- Comment: This is an amazing spin job
to try to get out of the gaffe below, while for some reason not wanting
to seem ungrateful that he was set up by Chavez with this obvious stunt.
Instead of suggesting that the book is of no interest, he just doesn't
read Spanish, and is too busy with lots of other reading already.
Perhaps that should include some of the legislation which Congress is
proposing, and which he is signing. |
|
April 18, 2009 - Obama extends hands to Chavez, Ortega at summit -
Comment: He reached out to Daniel Ortega of Nicaragua too, and
didn't even realize that Chavez was using the opportunity to be seen
giving him a book which is very critical of the United States, as
mentioned briefly in this article. Meanwhile, President Uribe drew
him a picture to explain what he is trying to do for Colombia. For
those who don't understand this, look up Colombia with our
economic development news search tool. |
|
April 18, 2009 - Congress back to deal with big issues, big goals -
Comment: While Congress gets ready to push the liberal agenda and
spending plans even further before Memorial Day, the Tea Party
movement needs to move just as fast to get ready for
Memorial Day and
July 4. |
|
April 18, 2009 - Congress weighs far-reaching global warming bill -
Comment: Note the Obama threat to use regulatory powers by
reinterpreting or changing the standards for old environmental laws if
Congress doesn't pass the desired new legislation. Tyranny through
bureaucracy? |
|
April 18, 2009 - NATO frees 20 hostages; pirates seize Belgian ship
- Comment: But did you look beyond the headline at the rest of this
story? They let the three captured pirates go because they said
they had no legal authority to arrest them! This is the European
response to piracy! If you can't arrest the pirates, then why
can't you at least shoot them on the spot rather than catch and release
them? The Dutch literally set them free because they were "not
Dutch" - and thus not within their mandate. So, if NATO forces
confront pirates, all the pirates have to do is give up to be set free
to do it again.
Meanwhile, Europeans are talking about how to send more
aid to the area so that young people in Somalia won't be tempted to go
into piracy. This is not a joke! They actually believe this
nonsense. What on earth is going to reward them as much as going
into piracy if there are millions in ransoms to be paid by the
shipowners and insurers, and virtually no consequences for these crimes?
This is like expecting Afghans to grow low-value subsistence crops
instead of high-value weeds like opium. |
|
April 18, 2009 - US praises Zimbabwe for progress toward reform -
Comment: After Obama was all smiles with Chavez, and did
nothing about North Korea's missile test, and reached out to Iran and
Cuba, he seems to be working his way down the list to befriend the
world's worst leaders. At least he didn't bow to Chavez - but it
went well beyond a perfunctory polite photo op. |
|
April 18, 2009 - At summit, Obama gets friendly with Chavez -
Comment: see
the photo. |
|
April 15, 2009 - see our
special pages about the Tax
Day Tea Party news and crowd
estimates |
|
April 14, 2009 - The Financial Times - Obama faces tea party protests
- Comment: How ironic that this global British newspaper is
reporting on the Tax Day Tea Party protests while many in the US news
media still seem determined to ignore or denigrate it, despite 750+
protests nationwide tomorrow. It may not be a very positive or
accurate story, but at least they are paying attention now. |
|
April 14, 2009 - Gingrich eyes possible White House run in 2012 -
Comment: Remarkably timed AP story, just before the
Tax Day Tea Party protests tomorrow,
which many liberals will probably try to blame on Republican leaders
like Gingrich. He chose to help spread the word about this
movement, which has helped it to grow, but really had nothing to do with
the creation of it, nor is he leading it. |
|
April 14, 2009 - Ending Somali piracy: few options for US forces -
Comment: the usual European liberal hand-wringing about having few
good options other than to just pay off the pirates. This has been
their approach since the days of Thomas Jefferson. Even in that
era, with far more limited military capabilities at our disposal, we
stood up to piracy and didn't agonize over it as a legal or human rights
dilemma, or blame it on the impoverished societies from which the
pirates came. We killed pirates. We didn't agonize over the
insurance companies, valuable cargo, or the American lives lost.
We took the fight to the shores of Tripoli, and even though it didn't
end piracy, the pirates chose other targets who were still willing to
pay bribes and ransoms, rather than American ships. Today,
relatively few ships may be of American registry or have American crew
members, but global trade is critical, as is continued respect for the
superiority of our naval capabilities in a dangerous world. We
don't need to try the Clinton approach to nation-building in Somalia
again. We just need to kill enough pirates to make it clear that
this is not a viable business model for them, no matter how bad life is
in Somalia. |
|
April 8, 2009 - AP Analysis: Hillary warned there'd be days like this
- Comment: Yes, and there's still no sign of the judgment
which he claimed would respond to the 3am calls. Just weakness. |
|
April 9, 2009 - Nuclear watchdogs want to consolidate weapon labs -
Comment: While other states invest as much as they can to
develop nuclear weapons capabilities, activists here applaud and
encourage the Obama administration to unilaterally scale back our R&D
capabilities to maintenance. |
|
April 6, 2009 - Big cuts seen for F-22, other big weapons programs -
Comment: Unilateral commitment to long-term military weakness.
Carter and Clinton are probably proud of Obama. This
administration may weaken the US military so much that their legacies
will seem to be less significant. The F-22 program is just one
part of this story. There's far more to it - including the lack of
long-term strategic threat assessments as other countries continue to
invest heavily in their militaries.
Veterans really need to look into
this plan, as do other Americans, and protest to Congress. |
|
April 6, 2009 - Afghans welcome but also doubt new war strategy -
Comment: Justifiable skepticism.
These people remember the misery which weak American presidents ignore,
and fear it. The Taliban leaders assert that they will fight to
the death against us - not only in Afghanistan and Pakistan, but in
America if they can pull it off.. So this is how we open a new
diplomatic dialogue? |
|
April 6, 2009 - Obama to Muslim world: No US war with Islam -
Comment: This has already won praise from
Muslim groups like CAIR, but with no call for reciprocal assertions
by the Islamist radicals that they are not at war with us. As the
"war on terrorism" rhetoric is replaced by vague euphemisms, this may
make some Bush critics feel better, but the problem is that there needs
to be relentless pressure on our actual irreconcilable enemies rather
than all this rhetoric about wanting to be friends. We can be
friends with those who want to reciprocate - but must stand firmly
against our adversaries. |
|
April 6, 2009 - Experts argue if N Korea's launch suggests progress
- Comment: The question of whether or
not this Stalinist regime is yet managing to actually master basic
1950's missile technology is largely beside the point. It wants to
be perceived as a threat to others, and maintain the illusion of success
at home. The larger threat is the unpredictable leadership
transition and the dangers posed when this regime collapses.
Tyrants don't generally go away quietly, or by diplomatic agreements. |
|
April 1, 2009 - House takes up a plan tied to health care overhaul -
Comment: Buried in this story is the important
67-31 Senate vote to block efforts to push through the "cap and trade"
policy by rules which would prevent a filibuster by Republicans.
The budget resolutions may still be on the "fast track" to passage, but
a few Democrats are evidently starting to take note of the growing
opposition to higher federal spending, massive budget deficits and
public debt far into the future, and rising taxes. |
|
April 1, 2009 - Lawmakers sent huge petition backing Obama budget -
Comment: How timely, on April Fool's Day, as Congress prepares
to ram through the budget with major new programs while using rules
which prevent a filibuster in the Senate. This petition of 642,000
supporters (as valid as ACORN voter registrations?) is the product of
the recent Organizing for America
push by Obama supporters, using his 12+ million campaign e-mail list and
volunteers to gather "pledges" of support (without any significant
details about the budget which they were supporting).
In fact, it's not really
642,000. It's 1/3 of that amount - because this number counts each
name three times - because the names are being copied to the 2 Senators
and Representative for each. Despite all the online networking and
personal efforts of DNC organizers in the streets, they got only
214,000.
Let's see. Obama got 66+
million votes in November. Far less than 1% of them signed his budget
petition. Why is the AP so impressed by this lobbying stunt, but
completely ignores the Tea Party
movement? Do we need to have 1 million protesters
nationwide on April 15 before they will take this seriously?
Indeed, will that even be enough to impress them?
Here's another way of looking
at it. Mark Levin launched his new book,
Liberty and Tyranny, at roughly the
same time as the Obama pledge drive. It already sold 700,000
copies- without being promoted through any of the liberal TV networks or
newspapers (just Fox News and talk radio). Which is more
impressive? Getting people to sign a vague petition, or to buy a
book about conservative values? |
|
April 1, 2009 - Congress eyes incentives for car shoppers - Comment:
Why should Congress legislate what types of
cars we should buy? Where is this power granted to them in the
Constitution? By what right do they favor one group of car buyers over
any other Americans, or one car manufacturer over another? If
Americans want more fuel efficient cars, they are free to choose them.
If Congress wants to stimulate car sales by giving out money, then it
should not be discriminatory in the process. Any new car should qualify
- so that total US car sales go up again. Let consumers decide
which suppliers will succeed or fail according to the choices they make
on their own as free individuals. |
|
April 1, 2009 - Schools to begin receiving economic stimulus money -
Comment: Does this quote bother anyone else? "Duncan
said last week he will "come down like a ton of bricks" and withhold the
second round of funds from anyone who defies Obama's wishes." Read
the rest, and see how local control of education is being usurped
through this federal bureaucracy. This is dangerous. |
|
April 1, 2009 - Promises, Promises: Obama tax pledge up in smoke -
Comment: Not one dime, remember? This new tax on smokers
was rationalized by linking it to children's health insurance.
This is still small change relative to the huge potential tax burden of
the cap and trade legislation. There will always be some rationale
for taking away more money for some allegedly worthy liberal spending
idea. |
|
April 1, 2009 - Republicans propose big tax cuts, spending curbs -
Comment: Not that any of the Democrats are listening to their
suggestions, of course, despite allegedly being open to alternatives. |

that at www.Breitbart.com you can
see reader comments about the articles by following the "Show Comments"
link which is found at the bottom of each article. Since most

The AP often releases multiple versions of the same story, even with
very minor revisions, in which case a new page is created for each
version. That causes reader comments to be scattered across
multiple versions of the story. We do not attempt to link to every
version of the story. |
| At
some point links may no longer work because the other websites involved
will purge their content, but a Google search for the same headline may
still find them through other sources for reference. |
| This
tool was created to make it easier for conservative voters to go back
and find relevant political stories long after they have disappeared
from the current headlines. In some cases these stories were
hardly even mentioned at the time in the liberal news media, or quickly
disappeared from the news, so many voters may be completely unaware of
them. Some of the stories display obvious bias by the reporters,
but readers can be the judge of that. The comments reflect our own
editorial opinion on these stories. |
